Cancellation Policy
A card must be held on file to book any appointments. Your card will not be charged without notice.
A 50% cancellation fee will incur for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-Show appointments will be charged 80% of the missed service.
No changes to your appointment can be made without direct communication within the 48 hour window.
While I understand things come up, your appointment must be rescheduled within the same week to avoid any fees.
